Set in the charming seaside village of Sant Elm, this cosy apartment enjoys fabulous views over the bay and out to Dragonera island.
The apartment is on the second floor of a small community that offers a large swimming pool. The living room, with its fireplace, opens onto a spacious terrace with sea views. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the master bedroom opens onto the sea-view terrace. Air conditioning provides cooling in the warmer months and heating in the cooler ones, and there’s an additional fan in the master bedroom. The apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped.
The rent of €1,200 per month includes water, Wi-Fi, community fees and rubbish collection. Only electricity is excluded.
Deposit: 1 month’s rent (refundable at the end of the tenancy)+ Agency fee
Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shops and the lovely beach. Sant Elm is a small working fishing port with a relaxed, unique atmosphere, and a popular starting point for boat trips.
